Andrea Hayson
2nd Grade
Andrea Hayson Is so excited to begin her 22nd year of teaching this fall! This will be her 4th year at St. Pius X, and she loves the positive community spirit of our school. Mrs. Hayson has been blessed to teach grades K-2 throughout her career. She’s especially thankful to be working in second grade where we celebrate the sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation.
She is a member of Resurrection Parish where she volunteers teaching PSR and Vacation Bible School, and her daughter is in the Children’s Choir. Her amazing husband, Mike, loves the outdoors and hockey. Their daughter, Callie, is ten-years-old. Callie enjoys Irish dance, lacrosse, Brownie Girl Scouts, and anything Harry Potter. They have a cat named Pumpkin, who is pretty mischievous. Their newest family addition is a fiesty one-year-old chihuaha named Daisy. In her spare time Mrs. Hayson enjoys traveling, reading with her daughter, watching movies, and voluteering with her daughter's Junior Girl Scout troop.
