To apply for enrollment at St. Pius X School, we will need the following items:

• Our online application
• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
• Most recent report card and test scores for applicants 1st-8th Grade
• A copy of IEP/ETR/504 plan, if applicable
• Completed Recommendation Form for grades 1st-8th

St. Pius X School has three, full-day Kindergarten classes. Children must be five years old by September 30 to register for Kindergarten.

Kindergarten readiness screening will be held February 20th and 21st, 2025. Schedule a screening time here. If unable to attend please contact Cheryl Vanmeter at cvanmete@spxelementary.com

Ohio EdChoice Expansion Scholarship:

The Ohio EdChoice Expansion Scholarship Program provides students the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The EdChoice Expansion Scholarship is income-based and provides scholarships to students in grades K–12 based on household income level.  

The 2024-2025 maximum scholarship amount is $6,166.00 for grades K–8 and $8,408.00 for grades 9-12.

Ohio EdChoice Traditional Scholarship:

The Ohio EdChoice Traditional Scholarship Program provides students assigned to designated public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program also provides students who are entering kindergarten through 12th grade scholarship opportunities based on different eligibility criteria.

Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship (JPSN):

The Jon Peterson Special Needs (JPSN) Scholarship Program provides scholarships to students who are eligible to attend kindergarten through 12th grade and have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) from their district. The amount of each scholarship will be based on the primary disability condition identified on the student's Evaluation Team Report (ETR). Students must be enrolled in the scholarship program for the entire program year to receive the full scholarship amount.
