School Bus Transportation
2021-2022 School Bus Transportation Requests
Please look for your public district for the correct transportation information.
Columbus City Schools Transportation (CCS): requires that all current and new students fill out an on-line application. Please see the attached instruction sheet. CCS Transportation has not provided transportation to our school in the last two years. However, that does not mean they will not if the need is deemed “practical”. I would encourage every family residing in the CCS district to apply for transportation. This will allow you to be reimbursed for transportation if the district deems our families “impractical to transport”.
Licking Heights: a new application and medical authorization form will need to be completed for each new and returning student. Please send completed form and proof of residency (utility bill) to: 6539 Summit Road SW, Pataskala, OH 43062 740.927.3340
Petermann Groveport: an application will need to be completed for each new and returning student. Groveport Madison district has not provided transportation to our school in the last two years. However, that does not mean they will not if the need is deemed “practical”. I would encourage every family residing in the Groveport Madison district to apply for transportation. This will allow you to be reimbursed for transportation if the district deems our families “impractical to transport”. Reynoldsburg City Schools (RCS): requires that all current and new students fill out an online application. Please follow these instructions; Go to reyn.org, click the Departments tab, click the Transportation tab, scroll to Bus Forms. If you are new, click on Transportation-New Request Private/Community School Payment in Lieu, if you are returning, click on Transportation Renewal-Private/Community School.
